The group has two manufacturing facilities in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Its massive production capacity with 5 extrusion lines, 142 circular looms, two lamination plants and bag making capacity of 10 million bags per month makes it the biggest producer of HDPE/ PP Woven sacks and fabrics in the area. Both the units have 100% power backup. The facilities provide business and employment to atleast a dozen ancilliary units in the area which use its by-products or provide input materials
Gujarat:
The latest state-of-the-art production facility in Gujarat was inaugurated in 2009 and is running at more than 100% efficiency within 3 months of its commissioning. The units boasts of the latest plant and machineries available in the industry including a tandem lamination plant. With the success of its venture in Gujarat, the plant is already undergoing expansion, is expected to double its capacity to 6 million bags by the end of 2010.
